The governors of our school work closely with the Head teacher and staff to maintain high standards and shape the strategic vision of the school. They act as a "critical friend" to ensure the best environment for our pupils . Led by the Chair of Governors, Dina Boodhun, our dedicated governors serve without remuneration, motivated by their commitment to our school's success.
The Headteacher, along with the Senior Leadership Team, leads the day-to-day operations, with the Governing Body offering support and challenge. Governors responsible for specific areas play a vital role in overseeing and ensuring accountability within their respective areas. By conducting regular visits to these areas, they gather valuable insights and first-hand information that is crucial for decision-making. This feedback is then shared with the entire governing body, ensuring transparency and alignment on key matters.
